Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart.However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Because we do not put any unnatural preservatives in our products we ship  Two to Three day shipping.  .  Two to Three Day will be shipped with ice packs to help preserve freshness.  These will melt by the time the product arrives. This is just an added precaution to keep the product cooler longer

Q: What is your shipping process?
A: Everything is vacuum packed right from the smokehouse. We ship through USPS 2-3 day shipping. We include ice packs to chill your product because in most cases the day it ships it is still warm. We only ship on Mondays and Tuesdays to ensure your order is delivered before the weekend.

Q: Why do you only ship Mondays and Tuesdays
A: We only ship on Monday and Tuesdays to ensure your order arrives before the weekend. The day your product ships is the day it comes from the smokehouse, giving you the freshest quality meats. (orders must be placed by Sunday to ship that same week with the exceptions of Holidays )

Q: Why is it taking so long to receive my order?
A:  We are a small business in Cleveland and because we make everything fresh daily we are a bit behind keeping up with demand.  We are processing the orders as quickly as possible.  Hopefully you will understand.
