We are a small family owned and operated business that has had the amazing opportunity to be featured on several Food Network and PBS specials, along with several news articles.
The day your product ships, is the day it comes from the smokehouse. We only ship on Mondays and Tuesdays to ensure your order is received by the weekend. Please allow 7-10 days for your order to ship depending on when your order was placed. We work very hard to ship your order quickly but never compromise Quality for Speed.

Your smoked meats can be frozen for later use.
