Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.


Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: We use FedEx Flat Rate 2-3 day shipping. We make nothing on shipping, what they charge us is what we charge our customers.We do charge a small handling fee. 


Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Because we do not put any unnatural preservatives in our products we ship 2-3 day shipping. Most orders will be shipped with ice packs to chill, as the day your order ships is the day it comes from the smoker. Ice packs will melt by the time the product arrives and is normal. Our products are smoked (cooked) and travel nicely. Orders placed by Friday usually ship that following week.

A: Everything is vacuum packed right from the smokehouse. We ship through FedEx 2-3 day shipping. We include ice packs to chill in most orders because in most cases the day it ships it is still warm. We only ship on Mondays thru Wednesdays to ensure delivery by the weekend.

A: We only ship on Mondays thru Wednesdays to ensure your order arrives before the weekend. The day your product ships is the day it comes from the smokehouse, giving you the freshest quality meats. (orders must be placed by Friday to ship that same week with the exceptions of Holidays ) It gives us time to make everything to order. We never have back up product.



Q: Why is it taking so long to receive my order?
A:  We are a small business in Cleveland and because we make everything fresh daily we never compromise quality for speed.

Q: How long are my meats good for?

A: Our products are all smoked with no preservatives or additives. To get the full life of 8-14 days keep them cold. You can also freeze all of our products. Do not store in sealed bag or container they must be able to breathe in fridge once cryo vac seal in opened.(unless cryo vac seal is intact they can remain in fridge for a few weeks unopened)
