We take lean beef brisket, hand-cut it into strips, then marinate it in teriyaki, garlic, cayenne pepper, and a special blend of spices, then smoked to perfection!  This stuff is HOT but flavorful!!!

    First tried at westside market but unfortunately Cleveland is a 3 hour drive. Thank you so much for shipping the shipping cost sucks but it doesn't matter when the product is this good.

    I have been making my own beef jerky for years.
    I had a few standout recipes and considered them to be better than anything on the market. That was until I tried J&J Czuchraj "Hot" Beef Jerky. It is the absolute best beef jerky you will ever try. It is tender, flavorful and life changing. Trust me, once you try it, you will remember the time, date and place you first experienced it. I no longer make my own - I know when I have tasted perfection.

    This is the best beef jerky I have ever had - thick, flavorful, moist, spicy. I used to make my own jerky until I had this. I just couldn't compete. Michael Symon was right, it is the best thing I ever ate. It has become a fan favorite on our annual fishing trip - We have to turn around if we forgot to pack it.

    I am a big fan of good jerky which is cut with the grain ... it is stringy when bitten into. These are very hearty pieces of beef with a fair amount of burn and great smokey flavor.

    This is, so far, my favorite jerky other than what I make at home.

    It is a little oily and wet, and I prefer a drier jerky, which is why I said four instead of five stars.
