This kielbasa is the best I have ever had! I have to be honest, I have had the major brand that everyone see's in the grocery store of kielbasa but it doesn't even come close to this delicious stuff! I have been eating this kielbasa since I was a kid that grew up in Cleveland. I love to take a some of this kielbasa slice it up and some tomatoes with a little salt sprinkled on the tomatoes and just it as is or with a small piece of fresh Italian bread. Another way to eat it is take a 6 inch piece of the kielbasa and cook it in a pan with onions caramelizing the onions (or you could even use sauerkraut!) while cooking the kielbasa then cut the kielbasa in half and add to hotdog bun or create a bun with a fresh Italian loaf, DELICIOUS!
