Unique flavor

Long time buyer of Commercial giant's Bacon Jerky. This was a different experience. First the jerky has a liquid sauce (like BBQ sauce) that imparts a unique flavor. The bacon is extreme thick cut and toughens up in the curing process so the muscle is a bit hard to chew through (still tasty). The fat is a bit odd in texture but still acceptable. I like that it is sold by the pound and sealed in heavy plastic. I noticed it was shipped with a cooler gel packet so I keep it in the refrigerator (unlike other jerky I buy). Not sure if the heat will affect it or not. I think I am pretty sold on this jerky and will buy it as often as I can eat it.

Long overdue review. Really delicious thick bacon jerky with a bbq spice that I would probably devour on its own. Must try!

A friend bought some and let me try and I had to place an order. This is sooooo good. You will not regret. When in doubt order BACON.
